- How to practice Asana, Pranayama and Dhyana (meditation) to cultivate equanimity of mind.
- Specific sequences for both rajasic (overactive, anxious) and tamasic (dark, depressed) mind states.
- Philosophical concepts from the traditional texts that will become touchstones for cultivating a balanced state of mind.
