Join us for a full day with Holly Krebs learning more about your body in this hands-on workshop!

Organs make up 80% of the volume of your torso, and they are at the root of your physical health. Yet most people don’t know the location of their liver, where their lungs end, or the full path of their large intestine.

In this class, you will build a visual roadmap of your organs by looking at anatomy images of the heart, lungs, stomach, liver, small intestine, large intestine, and kidneys. Then through interoception (sensing your internal landscape), self-palpation, and movement exercises, you will connect and move with your organs.

As you learn your organs’ location, shape, function, relationships, and qualities, you can learn to sense them internally. This increased awareness lets you embody more of your parts and expand your sense of self. As you move and live from these deep tissues, you can create more ease, calm, and fullness in your life.
