Join Sara at 5:45 on Tuesday evenings for this eight-week series beginning March 7. The series will introduce you to all the families of yoga poses, and will help to create continuity and consistency in your practice.

In this series, you'll develop consistency and continuity in your practice - keystones for increased awareness and sensitivity in your day to day life.

No experience necessary. Great if you're a beginner or if you just need a yoga refresher!

Cost for the full series is $88. You may also use a regular class pass for individual classes.
