Yoga Basics Eight Week Series


Know someone who wants to get started with yoga? Want a refresher? Join Sara for this eight-week Yoga Basics series on Tuesdays from 5:45 to 7:00 PM at our studio downtown.

You'll receive the best overall experience and best price by committing to the entire eight-part series, but you are also welcome to sign up for individual classes. Continuing students are welcome to drop in. Cost is $15.50 per class or $90 for the eight-week package (which means the first class is FREE!).
