Tuesdays 4:30 to 5:30, April 3 - May 1, taught by Kalen Richardson.
This 75-minute-long five-week class is designed for the student:
- who is brand new to Yoga OR
- who is new to Iyengar Yoga OR
- who would like to revisit the building blocks of Yoga.
We will explore the various types of poses—standing, seated, extensions, twists and inversions—and you will learn the basic principles of Iyengar yoga.
This class is progressive, building on knowledge from one week to the next. At the end of the 5 weeks we will start at the beginning again.
Students new to Iyengar yoga should enroll in the full 5-week series. Continuing students are welcome to drop in.
The cost for the full series is $62.50.
