Breath Awareness for Relaxation and Well-Being

Learning to observe your breath helps you to slow it down.  Slowing your breath helps you to relax and provides many health benefits.  This class will give you breathing and relaxation techniques you can use in your everyday life. And it feels great!

Mary will lead you through simple practices that you can take home to work on at your own pace. 

Workshop cost is $20.
