Free Intro to Pranayama Class with Mary

Pranayama is the fourth limb of yoga, the practice of deepening, lengthening, and directing breath. In this class we develop breathing awareness and practice specific methods of regulating breathing. 

All are welcome. We begin with preparatory yoga poses, and then we do seated and reclining breathing practices.

Be prepared with a yoga mat, and three or more blankets to sit and lie on (Chair or sofa cushions may also work if you don't have firm blankets). Contact Mary for more information.

If you have not yet attended a Zoom class, please refer to the Yoga Center home page ahead of time for instructions. We will not have time to troubleshoot Zoom issues.
