Pranayama

Pranayama is the yoga of breathing, of learning to lengthen and slow your breath, of connecting your breath and the rest of your body. In this class, you will learn poses to prepare your body for pranayama and specific pranayama practices that are part of the Iyengar tradition.

You must have at least six months of asana (pose) practice to take this class, or permission of the instructor.

This is a Zoom class. You will receive an email before class with the link. If you are new to the class, please come 10 minutes early.
