Cancelled Class Procedures for Students

Whenever we have to cancel a class, such as for weather or teacher illness, you have three options:

1. Make up the class—You can make the class up anytime during the session, just as you may for any personal absence.
2. Request a refund—Send us an email at yogacenter@sunflower.com, requesting a refund. Include your mailing address and the date and time of the cancelled class. We will then send you a check.
3. Request a credit—Send us an email at yogacenter@sunflower.com, requesting a credit. Include the date and time of the cancelled class. We will send you a Credit Certificate by email that you can use towards a drop-in or enrollment in any regular-session class in the future.
